Close to Firenze and Siena, il Paluffo has Bed and Breakfast rooms and self catering apartments that have been created in a 15th century historical building, beautifully restored in 2010. All rooms have original furnitures and contemporary Italian design decorations.
The Paluffo is an eco friendly lodge with 100% of carbon footprint compensated by renewable energies.
The olive oil cold pressing is nowdays assisted by tecnology: olives are separated by leaves, washed, smashed and melted and, finally pure oil is separated from water by spins.
